The rooms will be available from 2.00 p.m. onwards, departure requested by 10.00 a.m. - thank you!Arrivals only Saturday/Sunday or according to prior agreement.
With the new price list all previous price lists are considered invalid.
The hotel's services start with the opening the wellnessarea (2.00 p.m.) and end with the breakfast buffet (until 10.00 a.m.).
Arrival after 6.00 p.m.: Should you arrive later, we would like to ask you to inform us, as otherwise the rooms might be given to someone else.
We cannot guarantee to fulfil any specific room requests, but we will definitely try to take your requests into account.
All our offers are not binding. In case of error the price list is valid.
Discounts are not acummulative.
The discount "Children" is applicable when accompanied by two paying adults per room.
Your room reservation will be fixed upon receipt of a booking confirmation and payment of the deposit.

During your stay you will have a bathrobe at your disposal. After 7 days we will automatically change your bathrobe. For every additional change of the bathrobe we will charge € 10.00 cleaning fee (bathrobes available only for adults).
Pets (without feed) € 12,00 per day. Pets are not allowed in the dining room, you may however take them into the hotel bar and hall.
We would like to ask you to pay your hotel bill on the day prior to your departure by 9.00 p.m. or on the day of departure by 10.30 a.m. - thank you!
Payment by credit card: In order to avoid unnecessary waiting times, you are kindly requested to pay your hotel bill on the evening prior to your departure by 9.00 p.m.
Please note that some credit card companies limit the amount payable on a daily basis. We would like to ask you to inform yourself about the limit in the holiday country and, if necessary, to pay your hotel invoice in several instalments on different days.
Book your holiday including a travel cancellation insurance - we can take out a 'Holiday Austria Insurance' policy with the 'Europäische Reiseversicherung' company for you. This insurance covers the following: cancellation or interruption of the trip in case of inability to travel due to illness (without stay at the hospital 20% patient's contribution), accident of the persons insured and their relatives during the journey, damage to personal property, loss of workplace, appearance before court; furthermore: search and salvage costs in case of an accident, return transport of car etc. Should you not be able to begin your holiday, please send us the respective confirmation immediately. Your deposit will be returned to you minus premium.
Cancellations:
- for bookings cancelled at least four weeks prior to arrival, the advance will be not returned, otherwise
- for bookings cancelled 30 to 21 days prior to arrival, 30% of the booked services
- for bookings cancelled 20 to 11 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booked services
- for bookings cancelled 10 day prior to arrival or no show 70% of the booked services
- delayed arrival or early departure, 70% of the booked services.
In accordance with article n.10 of the Italian Act 675/96, Hotel & Reiterhof Obereggen states: the data collected via the booking form are used to finalize activation of reservation services; •submitting personal data is mandatory in order to activate the reservation services for the user.
For any disputes arising from this contract the competent court is the foro di Bolzano
Prices and programmes are subject to alteration
Refusal to submit personal data denies access to the reservation services;• the data collected will be transferred to individuals only to permit the booking services. The customer is also guaranteed by article 13 which states that the user can be removed from our database at any time by sending a validated written request by email.
